Download specificationThe world’s largest multi-purpose RoRo/Train ferry, the 42,800 grt Skåne, is owned by Stena Line and operated by Scandlines AB, Sweden. Built by Astilleros Españoles (AESA) in Puerto Real in Spain, she was delivered in June 1998 and operates between Trelleborg in Sweden and Rostock in Germany. M/S Skåne is 200 metres in length and has 3,295 lane metres for vehicles and another 1,100 lane metres for rolling stock. She also sleeps 600 passengers in 150 cabins and her facilities include a health club, cinema, shopping and a cafeteria.
